Godrej Whitefield Construction Status

As of October 2026, the project is in pre-launch. Here is what that means.

• The EOI window is open for buyers.
• RERA is in process. The number is expected by end of 2026.
• No construction has started on the 8-acre site.
• After RERA, the developer sets the build start date.

The EOI is Rs 5–6 Lakhs. It is refundable until allotment.

After RERA, work moves through these stages.

• Site Clearance: The 8-acre site is cleared and levelled.
• Digging: Deep digging begins across all 4 tower sites.
• Basement: Basement floors and the podium are built.
• Tower Floors: The main floors are cast from ground to top. Each tower goes to G+25 or G+30. This is the longest stage.
• Finishing: Tiles, fittings, electrical and plumbing go in flat by flat.
• External Work: Roads, gardens, the club house and common areas.
• OC: The local body checks the building. Then it issues the OC.

Each payment is tied to a build stage. Your bank pays out only after each stage is confirmed.

RERA is the legal start point for construction. Under RERA, the developer must do these things.

• Register a possession date. For this project, it is early 2031.
• Post build updates on the RERA portal each quarter.
• Keep 70% of buyer funds in a separate account.
• Pay buyers interest if possession is delayed.

After RERA, buyers can check progress at rera.karnataka.gov.in.

After launch, Godrej sends updates to buyers. Here is how.

• Payment notices confirm each build stage is done.
• Site visit invites are sent at key stages.
• Progress photos are shared with buyers.
• The RERA portal shows the latest progress.

Construction has not started. Buyers book on the strength of the plans, site and the developer's record. Key protections are in place.

• Refundable EOI: Get a full refund until allotment.
• RERA cover: After RERA, the possession date is fixed by law.
• Godrej's record: Godrej Properties is listed on the stock exchange. It has built homes in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Gurugram.
• Linked payments: You pay only as each build stage is confirmed.
